All goods bought from Linney Hughes have to be paid for in full, on or before delivery.
All the furniture supplied by Linney Hughes is antique or vintage and will have evidence of its age.
We will describe the condition and photograph as accurately as possible to show each pieces true condition.
From delivery you will have 7 days in which to accept the goods.
If you would like to return your purchase for a full refund you need to email us within the 7 days, and arrange to have the item returned to us at your own expense in the condition in which you received it.
Full refund for the goods will be issued, minus the original delivery cost. This does not apply to 'Upholstered to Order' goods and services.
Upholstery terms and conditions
Once an estimate for upholstery services has been accepted a 30% deposit is required before the work is started.
Pick up and delivery will be included in the Tyne and Wear area, outside of this delivery can be arranged at a cost, or the customer can arrange their own.
Bespoke upholstered furniture that has been been finished or made to order are non-refundable.
