Stag C Range Wardrobe and Drawers

A wardrobe and 3 drawer chest with mirror. This bedroom set was manufactured by Stag Furniture in the 1950/60's. It is part of the C Range which was launched in 1953 and was designed by the architects John and Sylvia Reid, who were employed by Stag in the 1950's and 60's. They designed this ever popular range of furniture, simple box shaped units with recessed handles.

This set is in light oak, it is unrestored in vintage condition with some fading to the front of the wardrobe door and front of drawers on the chest. The varnish also has wear and is slightly rough in areas and lifted. It would benfit from some restoration. Overall it is solid and stable and is good storage.
